Description of the crash:
During configuration of a new FC 1.91 system added clock to panel. Right
clicked and selected "Preferences" Application dies reproducably

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Right click on taskbar, add clock
2. Right click on clock
3. Click on preferences

Expected Results:
Should result in preferences dialog

How often does this happen?
Fresh install, but happened three times in a row

Additional Information:
Plain clock appeared to work, just cannot set preferences

Thanks for the bug report. This bug has already been reported into out bug
tracking system and been fixed. See bug #136721.
