Description of the crash:
When I select 'Preferences' from the right-click menu for the clock
applet, I get a error dialog saying that it quit unexpectedly.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. run clock-applet
2. right-click on it for the menu
3. pick 'Preferences'

Expected Results:
The preferences window should appear.

How often does this happen?
Every time.
