Using the FileChooser to create a directory under win32 produces an error
dialog (even though the directory is created). The error reads as follows:

Could not create folder file:///C:/xyzzy:
error creating directory 'C:\xyzzy': Arg list too long

        (gtk_file_system_win32_create_folder): Invert test for error in
        mkdir.  Fixes #137945
