caca-config is called with --libs rather than --plugin-libs.  On systems
that use static caca libraries (such as Debian) this is a problem.  --libs
uses libcaca.a and --plugin-libs uses libcaca_pic.a.  The relavent code is
in GST_CHECK_CONFIGPROG macro in common/m4/gst-feature.m4.
