* Schedule a loan with any "extra" payments [Taxes] on a monthly schedule.

* Set a repayment schedule for the "extra" payment different from that of
the normal payment -- say, semi-yearly.

* Notice that for each loan payment, the full extra-payment amount will be
transacted; in reality, the payment amount divided by the ratio of the
frequency of the payments.
