also tried to update Fontconfig for gtk+ (fontconfig-2.2.1-tml-20040201.zip)
and glib-2.2.3-20040116.zip for gimp2pre2.

crashes 95 of 100 times on startup. Clean install of winxpsp1 and gimp,
tried with and without translation files for gtk+ and gimp
