Description of Problem:
when adding the first tab, the window gets taller

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Actual Results:
gets taller

Expected Results:
stays same size

Additional Information:
1. don't know if this optional - see no doc
2. annoyance when window bottom near bottom of
screen - need to use mouse to resize window
3. eg Mozilla keeps same size
