Dragging an email address from gnomecard into the To: field of balsa's
message composer causes the email address to be inserted twice.  The same
is true of the Cc:, Bcc:, etc. fields.  In addition, dragging and dropping
text into the message field causes the text to appear twice.  The Subject:
field is the only field that does not display this behavior.

When an email address is dragged and dropped into balsa, balsa receives two
drag_data_received signals and (for example) gnomecard receives two
drag_data_get signals.  This causes the related callback functions to
execute TWICE resulting in a double drop of the email address.

This message seems to present a similar problem, but I can't find any

This bug is in balsa 2.0.15 and 2.1.0.

This bug is still in balsa 2.1.91.
