Description tgf-news2003 2004-01-12 10:07:44 UTC
I would like to have the possibility to better specify which headers are
shown in the article pane. At the moment there is only a fixed list of
header fields which can be selected to be shown or not to be shown.

I would be nice, if there is also the possibility to enter names of other
header fields which should be show as default.

I'm using Gmane (mailing-list to news interface www.gmane.org), which has
for example the X-Report-Spam: header field, which I would like to see in
my article pane.

I would also be nice to have the possibility to adjust the Score of an
article regarding to the contents (or existence) of free definable header
fields.

I too use gmane and would like to be able to specify that such headers
be shown.

Of course, I've also made it known previously that I'd like the ability to
score and/or filter based on stuff NOT in the overviews, as well, so
here's a vote for that too.

(As promised, a "second" to the bugzilla entry, tho it took me a bit.)

I'd like to see this feature as well.
Comment 3 Roger C. Pao 2006-07-27 19:38:47 UTC
Actually, I would just like a "Show All" button maybe at the top right in the shaded area of the headers to show all the headers quickly.

It should also be made possible to mouse select and copy from the headers so I can paste it somewhere else. In particular, the subject may contain a URL I want to view in a browser.

[I'm using pan 0.105 not 0.14.2.]
Comment 4 John Steele Scott 2006-07-27 21:51:31 UTC
In Pan 0.14, you can just press 'h' to show all headers quickly.
Comment 5 Yavor Doganov 2006-08-16 11:45:43 UTC
I will certainly use this feature as well.
