Description Sebastien Bacher 2003-12-21 17:32:26 UTC
This bug was originally reported in the Debian BTS:
http://bugs.debian.org/176331

"The hangs and segfaults were caused by my music disk being unmounted.
Apparently
Rhythmbox cannot start if some of the library is offline."

If rhythmbox can't handle these cases it should display an error and
propose de rebuild the list or quit.

The version of Rhythmbox the bug report was against is truly ancient
(0.4.1) - we've put some work into syncing the library on update. I
think this is fixed now. I'm going to mark this bug as such - please
do so with the Debian bug as well, and feel free to reopen if the
submitter can reproduce this (I can't).
