Screen reader should read the palette entry selector.

steps to reprocuce:

1. start gnome desk top, start gnopernicus & wait till you hear the sound.

2. go to file menu, select  new profile. , create new profile dialog 
opens, enter profile name & press enter, profile window opens. 

3. select colour info tab.

4. select background colour, choose background colour dialog opens.

5. use tab key to navigate. bring the focus to palette entry. screen 
reader gets an event message as " unknown ".

This happens because GnomeColorPicker does not set the description on
that widget. Moviging to libgnomeui---this widgets is deprecated,
though...
