One should be able to physically delete files from RB. 
Eases up music management A LOT!

(For safety issues, maybe the feature should be disabled by default, or
maybe the files should be moved to the Trash can, but the feature should be
there!)

How about a setting with 3 options ...

* Always delete
* Confirm delete 
* Never delete

By delete I mean "move to trash"?
