Description Evert Verhellen 2003-12-04 23:10:02 UTC
When a new window is about to be displayed while a user is typing in some
text in an already displayed window (obviously), it doesn't make sense to
focus on the newly displayed window, because the user will initially type
into the wrong window (the new one). It looks like Windows XP handles this
intelligently.
