GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 125365
launchers put in panel drawer work only once
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
Distribution: Slackware Slackware 9.1.0 Package: gnome-panel Severity: normal Version: GNOME2.4.0 2.4.x Gnome-Distributor: GNOME.Org Synopsis: launchers put in panel drawer work only once Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel Bugzilla-Component: Panel Bugzilla-Version: 2.4.x Description: Description of Problem: If I create a drawer in my panel, I can either drag launchers into it, or create new ones. The problem is, I can only use them once or twice. After that, the icon is still there, but I can neither launch the program nor can I edit the launcher's properties. When the cursor goes over the icon, there is no reaction from the interface at all. If I add more launchers, they too work once or twice, and then cease to function. Restarting Gnome doesn't seem to fix this problem. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. create drawer 2. drag launcher into new drawer, or create new one 3. launch application from drawer at least once 4. launcher in drawer stops working Actual Results: Expected Results: How often does this happen? It is consistent.
