When one clicks on the Help button in the screen resolutio applet, the Help
section that gets displayed in Yelp is:

"Part 1: Using the Basic Preference Tools
    1.4 Choosing Default Fonts"


It might be expected that the Help button should go to the doc section:

"Part 1: Using the Basic Preference Tools
    1.11 Setting Screen Resolution Preferences"

BTW: there is no cangelog, should I add one?
