Description dh 2003-10-22 16:44:55 UTC
Hello -

There is a problem with galeon and sawfish that comes from remembering the
configuration of dialogs. Galeon seems to handle the download process
dialog in dependence on the details being shown or not. In normal state the
window bar of the dialog shows only the minimize-button but if I click on
"details" the window bar suddenly pops up the maximize button too. This
implies some consequences because in normal state sawfish remembers the
dialog well but in expanded state sawfish does mix the configuration with
that of the galeon main window.

As long as the session runs there is no problem but if I close galeon, open
it again and download something the dialog appears with same height like
the running galeon main window. This mix-up is true for the main window
too. After restarting galeon, it gets the same height and width and
position like the download process dialog had the previous session. This
behaviour goes away if I close the details, resize the dialog manually and
restart galeon. Everythings like it should be again.

Please check out if your code misconfigures (or forgets to configure)
something.

Thanks

Dennis Heuer
