How to reproduce:

1. Open the about dialog. The ticker works, names are shown one after the
other.
2. Click on about dialog to close it.
3. Reopen about dialog. No names, the field is empty. No error messages in
console.

Weird. This works if you close the window. with the WM close button. 

The About dialog needs a good seeing to (or looking at) before we have
a pre-release. 

I will have a quick look at this tonight, and a longer look tomorrow.

This is a known issue and hasn't been addressed yet since this dialog
is supposed to be redone anyway.

I have rewritten the about dialog and it no longer shows this
behaviour. Closing this bug as FIXED.

        effect. Will be tweaked further.
