I am using RedHat 9. I have written an applet. When right click on the 
applet, it will popup a menu and each menu item will startup a new 
process, say "Mozilla", "Gftp", "Gedit". This applet works fine on RedHat 
8.
After I upgrade to RedHat 9, when I right click on the applet first time, 
it is fine and I can start the program. After I start the program and 
right click on the applet again, there is no popup menu appear. After I 
close the program I have started and right click on the applet again, the 
popup menu appears again.

This sounds like a bug in your applet. I'm closing the bug, but if you
can reproduce this bug with another applet, please reopen the bug.

If you put your applet on the web, we'd may be able to help you with
the debugging of your applet.
