GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 118963
Remove unnecessary markup from glade messages in gnome-pim
Last modified: 2009-06-02 14:38:27 UTC
#: gncal/calendar-editor.glade.h:3 msgid "Classification" #: gncal/calendar-editor.glade.h:4 msgid "End Date" #: gncal/calendar-editor.glade.h:5 msgid "Exceptions" #: gncal/calendar-editor.glade.h:6 msgid "General" #: gncal/calendar-editor.glade.h:7 msgid "Time" #: gncal/calendar-editor.glade.h:8 msgid "Warning Time" #: gncal/calendar-editor.glade.h:9 msgid "Warning Type" #: gnomecard/card-editor.glade.h:3 msgid "Birthday" #: gnomecard/card-editor.glade.h:4 msgid "Name" #: gnomecard/card-editor.glade.h:5 msgid "Organization" #: gnomecard/card-editor.glade.h:6 msgid "Type" This use of markup inside messages marked for translation is totally unnecessary, and a problem for the translation process. For details, see the problem description in bug 96836 or http://developer.gnome.org/doc/tutorials/gnome-i18n/developer.html#avoid-markup. Since these are glade messages, I'll mark it dependant on the glade bug 97061 in the mean time.
