Description padraig.obriain 2003-07-16 12:45:29 UTC
After committing patch for bug 115599 to gail CVS HEAD gnopernicus no
longer speaks when in a TreeView.
Comment 1 Ralf Unger 2003-07-18 09:01:22 UTC
This is also true for items in combo boxes and list boxes in java
applications as well StarOffice.
Comment 2 remus draica 2003-07-31 08:08:42 UTC
Fixies in CVS. Not checked for SO and Java.
Comment 3 remus draica 2003-08-12 07:28:34 UTC
In case of event "object:active-descendant", if
AccessibleActiveDescendantChangedEvent_getActiveDescendant function is
called for a Java app or for SO, a NULL poiter is returned.

I tested this for JTree Demo page-tab from SwingSet2 app and for
Tools/Options dialog from SO.
Comment 4 remus draica 2003-08-26 12:32:12 UTC
Fixed. Also see bug 109404 because this bug has a week dependency on it.
Comment 5 bill.haneman 2003-08-26 16:04:11 UTC
I wonder why the pointer returned is NULL when the Java-bridge is
involved? Are you saying that _that_ problem is also solved, Remus?
I noticed your report above...
Comment 6 remus draica 2003-08-27 07:30:17 UTC
Sorry, my previous comment should be:

Fixed. Also see bug 109402 because this bug has a weak dependency on it.
