Description of Problem: SYSTEM MONITOR CRASH


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. RUNAWAY PROCESS MONITOR RUNNING IN TASK BAR 
2. SYSTEM MONITOR WINDOW OPEN
3. SELECT TAB FOR PROCESSES
4. i STARTED GETTING MESSAGES FROM THE RUNAWAY PROCESS MANAGER THAT 
THE MANITOR WAS SLOWING DOWN OTHER PRCESSES
5. i TRIED TO SELECT THE OTHER TAB OF THE SYSTEM MONITOR AND RECI3EVED A
MESSAGE THAT
THE SYSTEM MONITOR CRASHED.
