Issues with print dialog

On General Tab: * Duplicate accesskey "P" (Print and Printer). * No accesskey for "from" and "to" boxes. On Paper Details Tab: * This should probably be called just "Paper". * Accesskey "4" conflicts with Metacity (switch workspace). On Apearence Tab: * Duplicate accesskey "R" (Right and Grayscale). * "Page Title" should be "Page title". * Top, Bottom, Left and Right should have a colon after them. * "Page URL" should be "Page address". * Headers should be on the left with footers on the right (headers come first)
Ok, i've updated to 0.6.1 and some of the above issues have been fixed. The remaining issues (with some new ones) are: On General Tab: * Duplicate accesskey "R" for both "Printer" and "From". * Spin buttons for "from" and "to" go from 0-100. Should be 1-some higher number. On Paper Details Tab: * This should probably be called just "Paper". On Apearence Tab: * Headers should be on the left with footers on the right (headers come first). * "Page Title" and "Page Address" should be "Page title" and "Page address".
