I have no idea what you mean by "change the mouse ot scroll ps/2" or what that has to do with this problem (unless, maybe, if that was the wrong driver for your particular mouse type, causing the mouse to behave erratically and move the panel to a vertical positions--if so, then you need to change your mouse driver to the correct one) Also, this bug has nothing to do with anjuta and should have been filed elsewhere (i.e. gnome-panel) The crash, however, is yet another duplicate of bug 94625, the infamous vertical panel crasher bug. Please read the comments in that bug for information on how to workaround this problem or download new packages to fix it. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 94625 ***
