With multiple files opened in a single window, it would be very very useful
to be able to rearrange the tabs! However, dragging the tab between other
tabs (as is the behaviour in galeon, gaim...) does not work.

Epiphany has this feature. Implementing it in GEdit would improve GNOME Desktop
consistency.

Finally in HEAD and gedit 2.13.0
