This is probably the same bug as I've seen since I changed to OpenBox window manager.  The diagram was set to be a toolbar window in error (should have been the toolbox, should have been set to utility).  Fixed in CVS now.
Not setting toolbox to be utility, as that also restricts resizing under OpenBox.  A normal window is good enoug.
