There is no print setup for reports available. User cannot set paper size,
margins etc. For text reports like profit&loss it would be nice
to be able to specify the base text size, so if a report fits *almost*
at the page, one can make it a little smaller.

The reports are displayed and printed through gnome1's gtkhtml
library. That library has various problems, the first ones mentioned
in bug #84707 . Unfortunately we can't really do anything about this
as long as the reports are displayed by the gtkhtml library, and a
change won't happen until a gnome2 port is completed. This may or may
not happen sometime this year.
