Hi,

I've got an "assymetric Xinerama setup", i.e. a screen smaller than the
other. There's a menu panel on the little screen. When I maximize a window
on the little screen, it's too big, I can't reach the decorations.

This is just more interaction of panel struts with xinerama, 
see bug 86682
