(Aborted) Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel Bugzilla-Component: Panel BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.0.3) Description: Description of Problem: adding an applet to panel caused it to crash Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Right click on panel, add to panel, crash 2. click Close, panel respawns itself 3. Panel immediately crashes again, clicked on "Submit a bug report" Actual Results: Will probably have to restart X manually Expected Results: How often does this happen? This is the first Gnome login on a fresh RH 8.0 install. (Second total login--once on Window Maker) Additional Information: RH Network Up2Date running in bacground Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/gnome-panel' (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...[New Thread 8192 (LWP 1992)] 0x420ae169 in wait4 () from /lib/i686/libc.so.6
