Package: nautilus
Severity: normal
Version: GNOME2.1.5 2.1.5
Synopsis: new folder file name not selected
Bugzilla-Product: nautilus
Bugzilla-Component: general
Description:
When i create a new folder it is in rename mode, but the name of the
folder
("untitled folder") is not selected, ready to be replaced.

I expected to type in the name and for "untitled folder" to be replaced.
Instead I have to select or delete it before I type in the name of my

Reopening. The other bug is against List View. This is against Icon
View and desktop. The behavior is slightly different.

Could the one fixing this please give the List View the same
functionality? Bug 94250, or 105518 if you will.

(This bug is marked as "to be fixed shortly" on Mark's bug page.)

This is a duplicate. campd said that he would apply the fix on
bug 105356 tomorrow morning. See comment on that bug.
