gnome-control-center fails to build for latest CVS head sources with the 
following error on Solaris 2.9 OS using forte compiler Build passes 
successfully on RH 7.1. 

"gnome-window-manager.c", line 120: void function cannot return value

Trivial fix made.  Sorry for the delay I had assumed something this silly had
been taken care of long ago.
