Description:
Description of Problem: When a new invoice is printed the sender name
and address is displayed in the invoice report, but is not printed.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a new invoice
2. Click the print button
3. Notice the sender information in the upper right
4. Press the print button 

Actual Results: The sender information is not printed in the upper right
of the print out.


Expected Results: It should be shown.
