I have no idea if this is already implemented in gdm, but I sure could use
in the login screen an dropdown menu with which the currently active keymap
could be changed. It would help multiple users on the same home machine
switch between qwerty and dvorak (or other keymaps used).

I suppose this is an enhancement/feature that could be added, time permitting.
