Description Diego González 2002-12-06 12:07:46 UTC
i just installed gtk+ from cvs, all applications are giving this warning:
WARNING **: Cannot open font file for font Verdana 8
and then segfault.

This didn't happend before (i also used gtk+ from cvs).

everything segfaults even the gtk-demo and the tests.

This is a problem with your fontconfig or Xft setup; I
strongly suspect that you changed something else about your system
other than simply installing the new version of GTK+.

Dup'ing on bug 98672 since that's about printing a more
informative warning, but it really is NOTGNOME.
