patch adding support.

gstreamer-properties does not show up the OSSv4 and Sun Audio plugins.  Adding them to the structures via the patch attached fixes this problem.  Can this go upstream?

Note that the OSSv4 plugin was accepted into gst-plugins-good.  See bug #614305.
