FWIW, the simple-dup-finder doesn't list any possible duplicates. 
Setting severity to critical and marking as new.

crashes in gnome_init are rarely the fault of the app.   It almost
always is a bad installation.  Also, the code has moved on a whole lot
since then.  Closing...
