Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run RedHat Update on Redhat 8.0 to update kernel
2. Open a terminal in the GUI. Save desktop when
logging out.
3. Reboot machine.  When loading existing desktop,
Gnome-panel crashes over and over.

Without a stack trace, Rich, I'm afraid we'll be unable to fix this.
Likely, it's a duplicate of bug 94625, though.
