Description of Problem:
Gnome-panel crashes when maximizing window while running Pine on remote
host. You will have to open a message in Pine before maximizing,
otherwise nothing wrong happens.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a ssh-connection to remote host.
2. Start Pine on remote host.
3. Open a message.
4. Maximize window.

Actual Results:
Gnome-terminal maximizes and crashes.

Expected Results:
Should be obvious.

How often does this happen?
Always.

Additional Information:
The same problem occurs if i check mail for root on localhost:
1. Get super-user privl.
2. Open Pine.
3. Open a message.
4. Maximize window.
5. Terminal crashes.
