Description of Problem:
I clicked "Start Here" on my desktop, and then clicked "Applications". 
Then the error occurred.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Double-click "Start Here" on desktop
2. Double-click "Applications"
3. ERROR

Actual Results:
Error

Expected Results:
To see a list of programs installed.

How often does this happen?
first time, haven't tried since.

Additional Information:
this is my first install of linux, and I have also never used Linux
before.  So far, I like it.  I usually run MS Windows XP, which is also
installed on my system.
