Description alison 2002-10-23 05:38:43 UTC
Package: gnome-terminal
Severity: normal
Version: 2.0.1
Synopsis: crashes on vertical resize using pine
Bugzilla-Product: gnome-terminal
Bugzilla-Component: general
BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.0.3)

Description:
Description of Problem:
The gnome-terminal crashes when the user vertically resizes the window
while reading a message with Pine

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. ssh to remote host (not clear if this is necessary, but the only
place I have Pine and get mail)
2. run "pine" and read a message (it does not crash when you resize the window in compose or index mode in pine, only reading email)
3. vertically resize the window (in order to see more of the message)

Actual Results:
terminal crashes ("fatal error")

Expected Results:
resize terminal and redisplay message in larger terminal

How often does this happen?
100%
