panel icons editting is broken when language is set to simplified Chinese

Package: gnome-panel Severity: major Version: 2.0.6 Synopsis: panel icons editting is broken when language is set to simplified Chinese Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel Bugzilla-Component: Panel BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.0.3) Description: Description of Problem: When language is set to simplified Chinese, editting properties of panel icons will cause the panel to crash. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set language to simplified Chinese, or just add "export LC_CTYPE=zh_CN.GB2312" to your bashrc 2. Log off and log in again 3. Right-click an icon on the panel and click "Proerties". Actual Results: The "Properties" window pops up but the panel crashes. Expected Results: The panel should not crash. How often does this happen? Well, this is the most weird part. The happens to most of the icons, but not all of them. In my case, shortcuts to GEdit isn't affefcted. Additional Information: Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/gnome-panel' (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...[New Thread 8192 (LWP 1631)] 0x420ae169 in wait4 () from /lib/i686/libc.so.6
