Description:
Interestingly enough the pannel applet works fine on another account. This one is brand new and has never been used before. I have tried multiple time to login with it and each time it crashes. 

I can see the pannel bar appear at the bottom of the screen and can see three small dark squares at the extreme right and center of the bar.
