Should we still keep this outdated bug? The attached ja.po is for
control-center 1.4.x -- not for GNOME 2.x.

the original submission was for 2.0, but its really out of date now so
I don't htink there's any reason to keep it around. If a new
translation file is needed, thats a whole different matter.
