I understand this annoys asians but I really feel that not having dialogs
in the tasklist is VERY annoying.. Things like mozilla download windows
should definitely show up in my tasklist... This should probably be an
option or having something detect Input method stuff and block them... 

I'm basicly asking for the fix to bug 83483 to be reverted if no better
solution is found.
