Description Shane O'Connor 2002-08-06 13:56:46 UTC
Currently if a user wants to minimise an app by double clicking on the app
in the window list applet the user must double click very very fast - so
fast that sometimes the app is not minimised as the double click is not
fast enough.

This should be changed to allow for a slightly slower double click
