Description Glynn Foster 2002-08-01 13:22:15 UTC
applications-all-users:/// and preferences-all-users:/// show the nautilus
folder icon where as applications:/// and preferences:/// show the icon
associated with the .directory file.
Comment 1 Luis Villa 2002-08-01 17:20:02 UTC
Is this terribly important? [Honest question.]
Comment 2 Glynn Foster 2002-08-01 17:25:00 UTC
nope ;)
Comment 3 Alex Graveley 2002-09-23 01:25:48 UTC
I'm glad this finally got filed, I kept forgetting to. I couldn't
find any reason why the correct icon wouldn't show, since you can
read and operate on the .directory file manually using the vfs test
scripts. Its returning the correct "special" mime-type also.

Dave, something strange in nautilus?
Comment 4 Alex Graveley 2002-12-13 18:53:17 UTC
Fixed in cvs HEAD and gnome-2-0:

	* libnautilus-private/nautilus-directory-async.c
	(should_look_for_dot_directory_file): Add
	"applications-all-users:" and "preferences-all-users:" which fixes
	bug 89618.
