If you use german umlauts (הצ�ִײ��) in mouse-over texts (using the "title"
parameter of <a>), the text gets truncated after the umlaut.

This maybe gets triggered by other non-ASCII characters, too.

Mozilla 1.0.0-3 doesn't show this bug.
