Description kyrian 2001-01-27 21:55:55 UTC
Package: Gnome CDPlayer (gnome-audio, or gnome-audio-extras)
Version: 1.0.0

Hi,

Hope I've got the right place to report this bug. It's the versions of
Gnome, etc. which come with RedHat 6.0 which are affected.

I've managed to (unfortunately!) repeat this twice on my setup.

Basically, if you're playing a CD, with the CD Player applet in the
taskbar, and you minimise the taskbar off to the left (I guess it
applies to the right as well, but I've not tested that), the entire
gnome system seems to freeze with the taskbar halfway accross, and it
stops in a state where the screen refresh cycle isn't complete.

This does not happen when there's no CD playing, and it's fine if you
don't minimise the taskbar.

Yours,

Kev Green/Kyrian.

Nice one :) This seems to be fixed in Gnome 1.4.
