Sudden crash
Last modified: 2006-12-14 00:14:02 UTC
Package: galeon Severity: major Version: 1.2.5 Synopsis: Sudden crash Bugzilla-Product: galeon Bugzilla-Component: general Description: Description of Problem: Galeon crashed after generating lots of disk i/o. I was just using google. Since my last upgrade to Mozilla 1.0 I have experienced galeon behaving badly multiple times. It generates a lot of disk-io. But normally it recovers. Just using Mozilla has not caused such severe problems. It might also been since the previous release. How often does this happen? Crashing is new, generating IO happens regularly. Additional Information: Red hat packages on Mandrake 8.2 in a Gnome2 environment. Gnome2 was compiled with garnome. Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/galeon-bin' (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...
