Basically if context menus are added to the bookmarks and folders in the
bookmarks editor, I pretty much think the toolbar is obsoleted. see bug 84948.

I'll add the context menus, but I think that I should leave the
toolbar (and menubar) anyway...

Some buttons are better in the toolbar (like adding items), IMHO.

I think the current UI in cvs is good enough. It may need some minor
tweaks, but the toolbar should stay there.
