There are no gimp-levels-auto function in current PDB. There was
a discussion in gimp-developer ML for it. I would like to use this
function in my script-fu :)

You should be able to implement this using the existing levels and
histogram API. I'm not sure if it makes sense to export this function
since it would be rather inflexible. I suggest to close this report as
WONTFIX.
